Consultations- Complimentary
Consultations are complimentary, and the best way to determine your project’s details and direction. Although our artists love to jump in and get started, a consultation helps keep communication clear and allows us to properly plan sizing and other crucial details. Please note that design work is separate from the consultation process.
Design Services- $150+
Based on the project, we prefer to design in advance. If you’d like the design released before your appointment, there is an additional $150 non-refundable fee, which includes 5–8 minor revisions. Designing ahead of your appointment may increase your booking time, but it helps ensure the best possible result. This design fee is waived if the design is reviewed during your appointment.
Small Tattoos- $150-$180
Small tattoos typically range from 1–3” in size. From our artist's flash books, small tattoo rates can start at $130 + tax. These designs are only applied to our pre-sized, offered as-is, and priced for placement on areas such as the arms and legs. Custom requests—even if you arrive with a reference image—start at a $150 + tax setup. Our resident artists’ rate is $180 + tax.
Medium Tattoos- $200-$600
Medium tattoos are generally booked in half-day sessions. At a base rate of $180/hour, medium pieces typically range from 4–8 inches in size and fall within the $200–$600 range. Final sizing and timing may vary depending on style, detail, and placement.
Large Tattoos- $650-$2000
Large tattoos are prioritized bookings. These projects are scheduled as full-day sessions with a minimum sitting requirement. Large tattoos are generally those over 8” x 10”, or pieces that involve extensive colour, detail, or complexity. Pricing typically ranges from $650–$2000 per session depending on size, detail, and placement.

WALK-INS
We are an appointment-based shop and regularly book months in advance.
Walk-ins are a rare luxury for our clients, and we love being able to offer them to ski village visitors whenever possible.
If the light is on, it means our artists are working, and we encourage walk-ins to stop by and see if we have time available that day.

FINGERS, HANDS, NECK, FACE
Hands, feet, face, neck or fingers will not be accepted for first timers
These areas often require lifetime touch-ups and, in many cases, full rework sessions.

GROUP SESSIONS
We love a good party day!
Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or just want to get tattooed with your favourite people, we’re happy to accommodate groups whenever possible.
Groups of 5+ require a minimum of 10 - 30 days’ notice. Last-minute groups may be accommodated based on artist availability, but additional fees may apply to secure the artists and time needed.
For larger group and flash sessions, all designs must be submitted and approved in advance, with deposit, at time of booking. This allows us to confirm sizing, placement, pricing, and appointment times so your day runs smoothly.
Clients are encouraged to choose from our artists portfolios.
Placement:
We do not accept tattoos on hands, feet, necks, or faces for group sessions. These areas require additional time and planning and aren’t suitable for our large-group format. For large groups, tattoos should be localized to the arms ( wrist to shoulder) or legs (ankle to hip) Placements such as collarbones, backs, ribs, buttocks, and other soft or bending areas may require additional time and planning. Additional fees may apply and these placements can affect the time booked for your group.
Sizing:
Group sessions have a minimum tattoo size, 1–3" linework/minimal shading. The artist will have a few size options available for each approved design when the group arrives.
Choosing a larger size or requesting additional resizing will increase the price and tattoo time, which may affect your group’s scheduled appointment time. The more we can plan ahead, the smoother and more fun your party day will be!

CANCELLING YOUR APPOINTMENT ( 72 HOUR NOTICE MIN )
We know life happens, and rebooking can be unavoidable.
To help ease the pain of cancellation fees and loss of revenue, especially with a pandemic, we have implemented a referral program that can earn honour points towards future appointments.
If you have to cancel within our 72-hour cancellation policy, you can avoid being charged a loss of revenue fee by referring someone to take over your appointment.
Yup, that's right, filling your booked spot can help you avoid a fee and earn you discounts. By filling your spot for us, equal or greater to our fee amounts, your account will earn credit points redeemable for your future tattoos.
If you and your artist are unable to fill your spot, JuggerBean Tattoo Parlour reserves the right to charge a loss of revenue fee.
Fees will pertain to the appointment space reserved.
Large tattoo appointments are subject to a 50% up to $500 fee
Medium appointments are subject to a 50% up to $225 fee
Small appointments are subject to a 100% or $180 fee
**We do have a strict "three strikes your out" policy, if you cancel or rebook three consecutive times, we reserve the right to refuse further services and bookings. **
